Devotional

Kindness is a powerful tool that can transform lives. Even small acts of kindness—such as a smile, a kind word, or a helping hand—can have a profound impact. It’s important to note that kindness is not the same as being nice. Being nice simply means being agreeable, whereas being kind reflects a character of goodness. I can be nice and lie to you, or I can be kind and tell you the truth.

In Ephesians 4, God encourages us to be intentionally helpful to one another, and being helpful often means being truthful. Take a moment to consider how you can be a beacon of kindness in the world around you. Is there someone or a situation that could benefit from your kindness?

Prayer💕

Dear God, inspire us to show kindness to everyone we meet. Help us to speak only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs so that it may benefit them. Let our actions reflect Your love and compassion. If Jesus was kind enough to die on the cross for our sins, we should also be kind enough to share this Good News with others. Thank You, Lord, for your unfailing love that endures forever. In Jesus’ name, we humbly pray, Amen.

You are blessed.☕💕
