“For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.”

Devotional
God’s promise to hold our hand and help us is a beautiful expression of His care and support. We can face any fear or challenge knowing God is right there with us, ready to guide us. In the full context of Isaiah 41, God reassures us that those who oppose us will perish. We will search for our enemies, and they will be nowhere to be found; those who wage war against us will amount to nothing. We must also be cautious not to follow false gods, for their deeds are meaningless, and their images are mere wind and confusion.
Can we take a moment to kneel before God and imagine holding His hands as we speak to Him and lay our cares before Him?
Prayer
Father, thank You for holding our hands and guiding us through life’s challenges. Help us trust in Your support and not be afraid, knowing You are always there to assist us. We don’t have to worry or live in fear because You are our Helper and Redeemer. In Jesus’ mighty name, we humbly pray, Amen.
