“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.”
-1 Corinthians 16:13
Paul’s exhortation to the Corinthians is a call to vigilance and steadfastness. In our faith journey, we must remain alert, firm, and courageous. Our strength comes from our faith in God, who empowers us to stand firm. We must believe that God is who He says He is and can do what He says He can do! He is Omnipotent, All-knowing, All-powerful, First and the Last, Father, and so much more. Who are we to bow down to our problems when our God is so much bigger? Stand firm in the Faith.
Prayer
Father, help us to be vigilant and steadfast in our faith. Give us the courage and strength to stand firm in Your truth. Empower us to live boldly for You, no matter the challenges we face. In Jesus’ name, we humbly pray. Amen.
