“Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood.”
-Isaiah 54:4
God’s promise to remove our shame and fear is a powerful assurance of His love and redemption. We can live confidently, knowing that He has taken away our disgrace and given us a new identity in Him. What are we still holding onto that God has long removed from us? Can we release it today and go forward in peace?
Prayer
Lord, thank You for removing our shame and fear. Help us to live confidently in Your love and redemption. Remind us of our new identity in You, and let us walk in Your grace. Even when we fall short of Your glory, thank You for Your grace and mercy. In Jesus’ name, we humbly pray. Amen.
