Happy New Year!
If I could only get a penny for my
thoughts!!!! I’d be rich. I just know I would. Smiling…
How are you? How are you kicking off
the New Year?
First, let me start with the fact
that I would like to think that I ended 2022 on a good foot! I started back
drinking protein smoothies, and now I have access to the gym at work. Notice I
said I have access. I am yet to go. I’m still working out the scheduling part,
lol. I don’t plan on doing anything major but treadmilling for starters. Just a
brisk walk to lift my spirits and metabolism.
Secondly, I love to do Adriene’s 30-day
yoga journey on YouTube. It kicks off every year on January 2nd.
Just look up Yoga with Adriene and sign up (or not, and just participate)! It’s
totally free!
Thirdly, I’ve also been reading some awesome books. See list below. Yawl,
I’ve even made a vision board. So, I’m patting myself on the back just a little
bit. I commend you as well for even showing up here to this blog post today! If you have not already done so, I encourage you to write down your vision and make
it plain. Pray always and try fasting too. Surrender
to God and watch Him do what only He can do for you and through you. Everything
hasn’t been peaches and cream on my end, but I have found my strength and peace with the
circumstances surrounding me. I just thank God for being able to see this new year! Unfortunately, we all know someone who didn’t. Please check out my reading list below and I
