For most, it has been a year with a
lot of ups and downs. Stay encouraged. If you’re reading this, God said it’s
not time to give up yet! He saw fit to put you on the Wake-Up List this morning
and for that, we say THANK YOU, ABBA (Father)!!!

The scripture says in all
situations, give thanks. Whether we are entering, going through, or exiting a
rough season, we must be mindful of our mindset and our faith in God. We must
stand firm in our Faith and continue to believe what the LORD says regarding
our battles.

Do our faith sometimes waver? Yes,
most definitely. Should our faith waver? No. Just as the Lord said to Isaiah
regarding a battle,

“If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not
stand at all” (Isaiah 7:9b).

 As
Paul instructed the Church of Corinthian,

 Therefore, my dear brothers
and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to
the work of the Lord because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in
vain” (I Corinthians 15:58).

For me this last verse resonates that despite my
hardship, let me keep inquiring of the Lord and what He says in how I should
handle the situation when it’s in my control, OR trust Him to work it all out
when it’s not in my control. Either way, I focus on my God and not my
problem.

Will you choose to stand firm in your faith?
Will you keep having hope, faith, and love when the cards you’ve been dealt
aren’t the easiest hand to play? A pastor once stated that “we will all
experience suffering, but will we suffer well. Trust God that something is happening under the surface.”

Well, I hope this post leave you
feeling encouraged and willing to stand firm in your faith in God despite the
circumstances you may be facing because it too shall pass.

Be Blessed,
