How are you? How has your 2021 been
so far?
Hopefully, all is well. I pray that
your days are bright, and nights are peaceful. There are still blessings and
miracles happening. Let us remember to be joyful in hope, patient in affliction,
and faithful in prayer (Romans 12:12). Perspective is everything. So, if you are
not feeling like all is well, then I pray that you will change your perspective
to one of gratitude. If you are alive and reading this post, you have something
to be thankful for. Be thankful for the little things that we tend to take for
granted daily.
Pray about the things and people
that you cannot control, and do not stress or worry. You must trust and believe
that all things work together for good to them that Love the Lord, to them who
are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). If you are facing an issue,
or issues, God will minister to you through prayer, reading, worship, and through
others. You must seek Him.
Do not give up. Do not give in. Keep
looking toward heaven and know that the Lord will shine His face upon you and
handle EVERYTHING concerning you, your children, your spouse, your family, your
friends, your community, your job, etc….
As for me, I make up my mind daily
to carry my cross and seek God. It is not always easy. I do not always feel spiritual
and that is ok. It is normal. We just cannot stay in that place. I accept my
feelings of spiritual disconnect. I pray the Lord’s prayer when I do not know
what to say and I still say Thank You Lord for your many blessings. Wherever
you are spiritually, mentally, or emotionally, I hope this post encourages you
today.
Be blessed,
